1. Who we are
The website shovor.com is operated by Jining Shuowo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (济宁朔沃智能科技有限公司), Economic and Technological Development Zone, Rencheng District, Jining, Shandong, China ("SHOVOR", "we", "us"). For any question about your personal data, contact us at owner@shovor.com.
2. What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit a quote request, a dealer application, or a support or document request, we receive the information you enter in the form. Depending on the form this includes your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, country or region, company, city, the machine, configuration or application you are interested in, quantity, and your message; for dealer applications also your company website, business type, markets, sales channels, product interests and service capabilities; for support requests also the topic, serial number and the document you need. We also record the language of the page and the page from which you submitted the form.
WhatsApp buttons. When you use a WhatsApp button, your browser creates a random session identifier and keeps it in session storage (it is deleted when you close the tab). We store a scrambled (hashed) form of this identifier together with the sales contact number assigned to you for up to 30 days, so that you reach the same person if you click again. Opening WhatsApp does not send us a message, and we do not see your WhatsApp number unless you write to us.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver the website and to protect it against abuse. The public pages of this website do not set cookies and do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, assess dealer applications, provide support and documents, keep a record of our business communication with you, and protect the website against spam and abuse. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; for dealer applications, also on your agreement to be contacted.
4. Who handles your information
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores the requests you submit. Cloudflare operates a global network.
Our staff receive an internal notification that a new request has arrived (it contains only the reference number) and review requests in an access-controlled inbox. They may copy the details into our internal customer records on company computers.
OpenAI. To translate messages and draft replies, our staff may send selected text from your request or our conversation to OpenAI's API. This happens only when a staff member chooses the text, and every reply is reviewed by a person before it is sent. By default OpenAI does not use API data to train its models; it may keep API data for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse.
WhatsApp. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your information may be processed in China, where our team works, in the United States (OpenAI), and in other countries where Cloudflare operates.
6. How long we keep it
Requests and related correspondence: for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case we keep what is needed for that relationship and for our legal obligations.
WhatsApp contact assignments: 30 days.
Backups: 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, by emailing owner@shovor.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This website is intended for business customers and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
